INGREDIENTES: (8 crepes grandes)
250 g. de harina de trigo
4 huevos
30 g. de azúcar
50 g. de mantequilla
500 ml de leche entera
Sal
PREPARACIÓN:
En un bol colocamos la harina, agregamos también la sal, el azúcar, los huevos y la leche mientras removemos con una paleta. Derretimos un poco la mantequilla y mezclamos. Seguimos removiendo hasta que quede una masa líquida y sin grumos.
Dejamos reposar la masa durante 5 minutos y mientras engrasamos la sartén con un poco de mantequilla (esto lo repetimos para cada crepe). Ponemos la sartén a fuego medio y vertemos un poco de mezcla hasta cubrir el fondo de la sartén, tiene que quedar fina, mucho mas que una panqueca. Tras un minuto más o menos, despegamos con cuidado la crepe y volteamos para dorar por el otro lado.
Una vez lista las rellenamos con lo que mas nos guste. Por ejemplo pueden ir rellenas de cambur con miel o le colocamos chocolate derretido y un poco de crema chantilly. También pueden ir rellenas de fresas con chocolate y acompañamos con helado de vainilla.
Stuffed sweet crepes
INGREDIENTS: (8 large crepes)
250 g. Of wheat flour
4 eggs
30 g. of sugar
50 g. of butter
500 ml whole milk
Salt
PREPARATION:
In a bowl place the flour, add also the salt, sugar, eggs and milk while stirring with a paddle. Melt the butter a little and mix. We continue stirring until there is a liquid mass and without lumps.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes and while we grease the pan with a little butter (this we repeat for each pancake). Put the pan on a medium heat and pour a little mixture to cover the bottom of the pan, it has to be thin, much more than a pancake. After a minute or so, we carefully peeled the crepe and turned to brown on the other side.
Once listed we fill in what we like the most. For example they can be stuffed with cambur with honey or we put melted chocolate and some whipped cream. They can also be filled with strawberries with chocolate and accompanied with vanilla ice cream.
