The drink likes large and small
INGREDIENTES:
1 Taza de arroz
3 Tazas de agua
1/2 taza de leche liquida, (si le hace falta se puede colocar un poco mas.)
1/2 taza de leche liquida, (si le hace falta se puede colocar un poco mas.)
¾ Tazas de leche condensada o a su gusto.
1 rama de canela (opcional)
1 pizca de sal
Vainilla al gusto.
PREPARACIÓN:
Colocamos el arroz lavado en una olla o envase con agua que lo cubra, dejamos remojando al menos unas 12 horas, se recomiendan 24 horas. Pasado este tiempo, colaremos el arroz.
Retiramos del fuego, dejamos enfriar y lo licuamos nuevamente. Colamos ya que no queremos que queden grumos.
Colocamos nuevamente en el vaso de licuar, agregamos la leche liquida, la leche condensada y la vainilla. Licuamos bien.
Podemos agregar hielo al final y lo trituramos ligeramente en la licuadora y servimos bien fría!
Chicha rice
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of rice
3 cups water
1/2 cup liquid milk (if you need you can place a little more.)
¾ cups condensed milk or to your liking.
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
1 pinch of salt
Vanilla to taste.
PREPARATION:
We put the rice in a colander and wash them well until the water runs clear.
Put the washed rice in a pot or container with water to cover it, let soak at least about 12 hours, 24 hours are recommended. After this time, we colaremos rice.
Place them in a pot to cook rice with water as previously indicated, add a pinch of salt and cinnamon stick. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly with a spoon to prevent sticking. You get a mixture thickens, if we find that the texture is too thick, add a little more water. We cook about 35 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat, let cool and liquefy again. We strain and we do not want lumps.
Again put in the glass blending, add fluid milk, condensed milk and vanilla. We liquefy well.
We can add ice at the end and slightly grind in blender and serve cold!
