INGREDIENTES:
1 caja de galletas Oreo, alrededor de 36 galletas
¼ taza de aceite de coco, a temperatura ambiente
PREPARACIÓN:
Combinar las galletas oreos y el aceite de coco en un procesador de alimentos. Encenderlo y dejarlo funcionar durante al menos 5 minutos. Raspar los lados, y dejar correr de nuevo durante al menos 3 minutos.
Dejar reposar un rato para que se enfrié, este se solidificará más a la consistencia de la mantequilla de maní.
Almacenar a temperatura ambiente.
Oreo butter
INGREDIENTS:
1 box of Oreo cookies, about 36 cookies
¼ cup coconut oil, at room temperature
PREPARATION:
Combine the cookies and coconut oil in a food processor. Turn it on and let it run for at least 5 minutes. Scrape the sides, and let run again for at least 3 minutes.
Let stand for a while to cool, this will solidify more to the consistency of peanut butter.
Store at room temperature.
